30-Day Hassle-Free Returns:
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Damaged Items:
Crystals naturally have scratches, marks, and dings. However, if you believe your crystal has arrived damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo for evidence and email us at hello@purequartz.store with your name and order number. If you have any trouble, just send us an email within 48 hours, and we will work with you. In the case of damage, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer you your choice of a replacement or a refund. We retain the right to deem an order undamaged and ineligible for return if we suspect the product was mishandled or damaged by you.
1-Year Warranty:
We offer a 1-year warranty on products made and sold by our brand, Pure Quartz. This warranty protects against damages caused by natural circumstances. Crystals damaged due to mishandling, mislocation, or other user error are not covered. Please note that products from other brands available on our site are not covered by this 1-year warranty unless specifically stated on the product page. We reserve the right to deny your claim. Please contact hello@purequartz.store if you have any issues or want to file a claim.
Product Size:
The most common reason for a return is product size. Please reference the listing description and images, as images often appear larger than the actual size.
Refunds:
Refunds will be initiated once the returned package is received by us. In many cases, we will initiate the refund as soon as we receive the tracking information for the package. Refunds for non-damaged items will be the original price less the return shipping costs. Refunds for damaged items will be at our expense if we deem your order eligible. Refunds will be processed back to the original card used for the purchase and will take 1-3 days to process.
