We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unless otherwise specified, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. For questions on specific items, reach out to us. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it first, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to return it for any reason, with all original packaging and proof of purchase intact.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been inspected. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please contact us at hello@purequartz.store.
